Scabies:

• Scabies is a skin condition
• It's a body's response to presence of certain species of mites

Symptoms to look for:

• Intense itching especially at night
• Skin rashes
• Blisters
• Red, dry, sore and swollen skin

Causes:

• Scabies is a contagious condition
• It can spread through:
o Physical contact
o Contact with bed linen or clothing of the patient

Natural home remedy using margosa leaves and mustard oil:

1. Crush 20-25 margosa leaves to paste
2. Add 2 tbsp mustard oil
3. Apply on the infected area
4. Leave it on for 1 hr
5. Wash off with cold water
6. Repeat every day till lesions are completely healed
• Margosa kills mites and speeds up healing

Natural home remedy using drumsticks and sesame oil:

1. Chop and crush a couple of drumsticks
2. Press on a sieve and extract their juice
3. Add 2 tbsp sesame oil
4. Mix well
5. Apply on the infected area
6. Leave it for 20 min
7. Wash off with water
• Drumsticks soothe irritation and itchiness
