Jock Itch:

• Jock itch is a fungal infection which develops in the groin area
• The infection extends to the inner thighs and buttocks

Symptoms to look for:

• Red rashes on skin
• Rashes are scaly and raised
• Older rashes turn reddish brown
• Development of pus

Causes:

• The infection occurs in warm and moist conditions
• It's common in people who:
o Are overweight
o Sweat excessively

Natural home remedy using garlic and honey:

1. Crush 6-7 garlic cloves
2. Add 1 tsp honey
3. Mix well
4. Apply on the infected area
5. Allow the paste to dry
6. Wash off with normal water

Natural home remedy using baking soda paste:

1. Take 2 tsp baking soda
2. Add a little water to make a paste
3. Apply on the infected area
4. Leave it for 20 min
5. Wash off with water

Natural home remedy using salt:

1. Fill a bathtub with water
2. Mix 250 g of salt in it
3. Soak yourself in water for 15 min
4. Repeat 2 times every day
5. Salt dries up the blisters.

Natural home remedy using coconut oil:

1. Apply coconut oil on the infected area
2. Do this twice a day
