  7. I totally agree BUT – I have spoken to my local health food store and I
    think the cinnamon and apple cider vinegar need to be certain types. For
    example, the vinegar in the video is Braggs brand and it is not heated
    during manufacturing. That bottle is around $4 where you can find the same
    size bottle for around $1 but it was heated during the manufacturing
    process. Same for cinnamon. You can get a jar of cinnamon for $1 at any
    grocery store but the type I buy is about $5 but I’m not remembering the
    difference. A good health or natural food shop will know. Both however are
    very cheap.my meter was reading around 175-215 daily bi cut out processed
    foods (when possible), said goodbye to restaurants and started using
    cinnamon and apple cider vinegar along with a gallon of cold water with
    lemon and I read between 95-110 consistently. I’ve also list 23 pounds in
    two months. I agree with this video. Type 2 can be reversed. God bless and
    keep at it.

  12. I don’t think you can ever reverse it. But you can certainly be healthy and
    live normally without ever getting the diabetes symptoms and even lessen
    your insulin resistance to make it far more manageable, but if you start to
    eat more and more carbs again, the (pre)diabetes will return.

    carbs in them.

  17. Been doing cinnamon for years been taken off one med & metformen dosage cut
    to 2tab1xday. A1C is 5.6 & blood sugar maintained 100-110. Was over
    6.6/250.

    mentionned in the video is not a really efficient way to reverse diabetes.
    I believe that it’s necessary to get a full diabetes reverse program such
    as David Andrews’s or John McCarthy No Diabetes program or some few others
    highly recommended by experts programs. Motivation is always necessary to
    get what you want.
